I bought a jumper in the Trafford Centre store. Within a few days it looked terrible. The wool is poor quality and it had pilled and bobbled and looked ten years old. I live 100 miles away as anyone who knows the Trafford Centre knows, it is a destination shopping venue for the north of England, ie you go there for a day out. I rang and asked to return the item to store by post and this was refused. I asked for the name of the manager and this was also refused. I was given a number for customer services. They sympathised and asked me to send an email with photos, for their consideration which I did. They informed me they couldn't make a decision and it would have to be referred to their offices in Barcelona. After two weeks I had not received a reply to my email. I re sent it stating that if they didn't reply I would refer the matter to trading standards. I then received a reply within 24 hours stating I must return it to store!!!! which I had explained was not possible two weeks before. As they can take on line returns by post they are just being awkward. So be aware. Customer service is non existent and products are of poor quality. It really wouldn't have hurt them, given they had photographic evidence, to have made an apology and an ex gratia payment. I will not shop there again. I will also tell friends the saga.
