I love everything about Massimo Dutti. It is without doubt my favourite clothing shop. Stunning clothes, beautifully made and not outrageously priced. Their sizing is consistent too so I can confidently buy online. During my trip to the Guildford branch yesterday, the friendly member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. As no fitting rooms are open, I was reassured by their returns policy but am pleased to say the dress I bought fits perfectly.
this is the worst customer service I have ever had. it's a total nightmare. I ordered online but needed to return some of the items, as per my consumer entitlement. there is no response from Massimo Dutti, they do not reply, there is no email or telephone to all for an online return, and they simply are not interested at all. I am disgusted by this and would warn anyone against shopping with them. I am left speechless. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
