I recently purchased an outfit for my little girl she is 14 months and I ordered 24 months and it was really small. I sent it back and I had just missed the cut off as I thought it was 30 days like most places especially at Christmas time. I received a very cheeky email from the store manager which I have proof of and she will not accept the return in which I will be out of pocket for receiving the item then to send it back and now I have to pay for postage to send it back to myself. The managers customer service is appalling the way she spoke to me. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS

Was very disappointed with the staff in store. I was rudely interrupted on my way into store and questioned why I was not wearing a face covering. I advised staff I was exempt due to a health condition and therefore was no wearing any. Staff told me to present my certificate as I could not enter the shop without a mask. I informed the staff that I do not need to.present the certificate as the web site Gov.uk suggests that this is not compulsory and there is no need to show written evidence to anyone. Staff then shouted that if environmental health were to come to shop they would be fined. At this point I walked out without purchasing any items. They lost a large sale today. When I walked back passed the staff were in the shop without any face coverings talking to each other less than 2 metres apart. Needless to say I will not be shopping at the store again. Clearly staff need to ensure they are able to give correct up to date information with regards to covid 19 guidelines. Better still they could do with going on a customer service course.
