Hi, the initial eye tests, examinations, explanations, customer care was excellent. You should leave then and never go back. The "Lady" I met this morning at Broughton Shopping Park, greeting customers, destroyed all of that good work. If ever there was a person in the wrong job it was her. Rude, aloof, arrogant and with no idea of her basic need to look after customers. In fairness she treated other customers in a similar way, so there was at least some consistency to her skill set. We spend a lot of money on glasses and deserve being appreciated. Respect would be nice, but unlikely here.
