An eyebrow threading here left me with hardly any eyebrows remaining and they were two different shapes one curved and one angular! Almost all of my eyebrows GONE and far too thin, will take MONTHS to regrow. Returned to the shop and the woman I spoke to took photos and 'Tidied up' what was left of my brows and refused to give a refund told to return when they had regrown and she would do them for free. I have had to draw them in and they look awful. Like I'm going to go back to a place like that with people who haven't a clue what they're doing. Terrible attitude and the staff seem to be just Asian women who do their own eyebrows certainly not qualified beauticians. No stars isn't an option on this that would be more accurate. Avoid.
DO NOT get your eyebrows done here... I would not give these amateurs 1 star if it was possible, these females don’t know what they’re doing!!! I now have a bald patch in my eyebrow due to careless threading, I visited here on the 23rd June, female started threading then, didn’t pay attention, then tried to blame me, she stated that’s not my fault (gap in my brow) I m not taking responsibility of that... i ve only done the top part,(brow was red at bald part) I answered, you’re the one holding the thread, of course it’s your fault... she actually acted aggrieved, I called the manager Ali, who conviently could not attend, however said he would be there Monday afternoon, the girl sniggered, how rude.... I had to leave one very unhappy customer.
