Poor customer service. The cashier who assisted us forgot to remove security tags but the receipt was sent to my email and no paper one offered. When we were leaving the alarm went off, we were treated like absolute criminals and the assistant at the door for it impossible to understand we did not have a paper receipt and asked for this 5 separate times. Eventually we got the shop assistant who served us to confirm we had paid. Even then although they removed the tags there was still an element of doubt. I am very unhappy how we were treated and they should have also given us a paper receipt if this is what they need. I would love someone from JD Sport in St James centre edinburgh to contact me but I doubt they will
