very unhelpful staff. I was looking at sale stock, my wife and son had just excited store and I called them back as I was interested with two watches. My wife returned and within seconds we were accosted by a female member of staff, who said we couldn't return as she had just admitted some other customers. We were disgusted at the narrow minded member of staff who could not grasp that she had lost totally a sale of over £100.00. If you can condone such tactics then we wont be attending your store again. You cannot be ignorant to customers, we pay your wages. Covit or not you must teach your staff manners and how to maximise potential.
