I love Zara and visited the store in Meadowhall for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, this was also the first time I have been disappointed with Zara. It is obviously popular, but feels badly laid out and cramped. You couldn't move around the store to browse due to the huge chevkout and fitting room queues snaking all over the store.I waited for 37 minutes to pay for 3 items. I think Zara needs a bigger premises. Perhaps, if that's not possible at Meadowhall, then they should consider moving into Sheffield City Centre. A real shame. It felt more like Primark during a sale in there, but without Primark's square-footage!
