I am very angry with this store, My husband bought me two gifts from here for Xmas, Neither were suitable, 1 to small and the other to short. The girls tried to help me with an exchange, but they weren’t suitable Either, This is when it gets interesting, we don’t give refunds, just a credit note This was for £100.00. I explained this was a gift and are not suitable, makes no difference They said, no refund. Company policy. This is not acceptable l said, these were gifts that are not suitable so at this time of year there should be a refund option. Company policy no. We buy a lot of super dry cloths, but not from here anymore. My husband will eventually find something for this £100.00. Credit note. But that’s them done after that. Customer service, no l don’t think so.
