I bought a Regatta coat from this store in July last year so had only had it for 9 months. The coat had split at the seams under both arms and at the side of the zip inside the coat. I had full proof of purchase but the manager refused to cooperate sayin that it was due to wear and tear. They need to know and understand the goods that they are selling. Regatta coats have a life expectancy of at least 3 years. Regatta also expect refunds to be given on goods with proof of purchase up to 12 months after purchase.
