Abrupt staff not helpful felt like inconvenience
Found staff couldn’t be bothered to help as busy repricing shelves even 13 year old daughter commented on how abrupt the lack of service was I was after makeup tried to sell me a moisturiser??!! No advice on products or offer to help match shades therefore I didn’t make a purchase and will never return to the store definitely not service I would have expected from a store reputed to be good
