Terrible customer service. Visited today, the assistant did a great job of pretending I was invisible, walked past me 3 times holding what was obviously a very important piece of paper. So I gave up and went to the checkout counter. As the assistant there was dealing with another customer she went to fetch the first assistant, asking her to serve at the till. So she came over to the till area, shuffled some papers around, ignoring any waiting customers, and then left the till area and went into the back room, presumably the storage area. I returned the shoes in my hand to the shelf at the back of the store and left, so they lost the £48 sale. I suggest the tall blonde shop assistant checks out her job description as serving customer must be in there somewhere!
