Terrible experience with a rude manager and staff at ZARA TOUCHWOOD SOLIHULL. Still very upset and will take it further until I get an apology. SOLIHULL ZARA you will get Covid in this store, and the manager (who smirks and says she can’t give her name says she doesn’t care). This morning 9th September 2021 around 11am. I asked to speak to a manager after exhausting long wait, rude and grumpy staff who will not look at you in the eye and keep coming near you you without masks. I said why is this happening have you seen you reviews? Manager replied getting nearer and nearer to my face I don’t care. It is what it is and laughed in my face. She said her staff work hard so cannot smile! I had a mask on but beware of ZARA SOLIHULL. It is dangerous!!!!
