Avoid, avoid and avoid. Last week, I brought in a two piece suit and two pairs of trousers, to be dry cleaned. The staff member serving me said that I had to pay more than what was advertised on their display, as prices had gone up. I was annoyed that they had not updated their prices. Technically, I should have been charged the advertised price, not the new one but I thought that I would just pay anyway and carry on. Today, I had collected my dry cleaning and was told that I had to pay more money because, the said staff member accidentally charged me for ONE pair of trousers and a two piece suit, not TWO pairs of trousers and a two piece suit. Absolute incompetence and poor service. If you can't do price correctly, the staff member should not be in retail.
