Went into Greggs in Halesowen on Thursday 08/10/20 about 9:15am. All I bought was a £3 bag o sausage rolls with a £10 note, and the con man behind the till gave me £6 change instead of £7. I only noticed this as I turned to walk away,, and showed him the change that was still in my hand, yet he still tried to argue I was wrong. Eventually he gave me the missing change. If this had been the first time this had happened I would put it down to a genuinely honest mistake, and that this person could not count to seven. The sad fact of the matter is this has happened several times before, so I won’t be going back again. What an untrustworthy con man. Good luck to Greggs with employees like this.
