Terrible service at the till, and management no better, pay for an item of clothing with the price clearly marked on it, only to be overcharged and then they don't want to rectify there mistake, face masked either not being worn or just hanging of there face, only experience this terrible staff in merryhill, needs staff training or replacing
Went into store today . Spent £254 on hoodrich clothing for my sons . Returned later tonight to all staff either with no mask or mask on chin . Cashier that served me was so rude staff number 5169. When I told her I had been overcharged she wanted a signature card , but mine has a photo instead . Was shouted at and embarrassed . Won't be going back there again
