Appalling experience when trying to return a faulty piece of luggage. A fundamental design fault in this wheeled bag meant that the wheels splayed out and the bag is dragged along the ground instead of rolling on wheels. The manager refused to reimburse me the cost of the item. I shall be consulting with the Trading Standards Dept to see what further steps I can take.
