When I asked a colleague if she could find the price of an item she simply said no sorry, and stared at me awkwardly. I had to ask her if there was any way she could find out the price for me she seemed bothered by this but she did look. When she couldnt find the same item with a price she just said she couldnt find it and didn't bother to ask my colleague about the item at any time or attempt to look it up further. We ended up finding the item with the price in the end anyway. I understand if she was inexperienced or just had a long day, but when a customer asks for help you're meant to put a bit of effort into helping them. I've been working in retail for 2+ years, if we acted like that we'd probably get axed.
