I visited Schuh today, the third time that i have used this shop in Hastings and i must say that i had a fantastic shopping experience. The staff were lovely and so kind and helpful when it came to helping me find the right trainers to suit my needs. They were all so cheerful and pleasant and made me laugh! The gentleman was also helpful when it came to getting me the discount on my trainers and went through how to sign up on my phone. I am not very tech savvy! A lot of shops could learn an awful lot from these young staff members. It is also lovely that you can sit down on a nice comfortable seat to try the footwear on and you are not rushed to make a decision. Well done everybody for making my shopping experience a very pleasant one today.
