I have just sent my review and I think it had 3 stars on the top....it was a mistake and I actually rate my experience as NO STARS
Abhorrent customer service...in no fact customer service at all. Having visited the store on more than 1 occasion I was shopping this afternoon and although my husband and I tried on multiple pairs of boots and slippers we were never approached or even acknowledge the entire time we were in the store. There were 4 assistants chatting and laughing merrily amonst themselves at the till point...basically ignoring any customers like myself and other customers who did walk into the shop and leave without purchasing anything. This seems to be the case whenever I have been in this shop.....and customer is an absolute disgrace. I ended purchasing from another store close by who seemed to value my custom.
