When I pointed out faulty stitching on two items of clothing the members of staff were unprofessional and quite rude making myself and my daughter feel very uncomfortable for nearly pointing out defects in the items I was attempting purchase. I was told that one of the items must have been plucked by a previous customer when trying it on and the other item could be fixed when I got home by cutting off the strands of cotton thread dangling from both the sleeves with a pair of scissors. Like my daughter should just shut up n pay for the substandard garment and be on our way. Eventually I was given replacement items from the store room and they were of the standard I would expect from an old and established brand such as Barbour. I would not recommend shopping at this store and would advise Barbour to look into the staff at this particular store as they are not good ambassadors for the brand. Needless to say I won't be shopping there again in the future and will be advising anyone I know to avoid this store and inspect and Barbour products that they purchase in future.
