Terrible absolutely.. Bought a item asked about delivery they asked where we lived , they said £35 delivery charge we paid it.. then promised phone call to arrange delivery .. Had to contact them in the end .. After throwing our old suite out they said they couldn't deliver to us , now because we are too far away ... So ended having refund ... Drop us right in it , we'll done..
