Visited the store today with the intention of buying a bulk of my Christmas gifts but when i was in the queue to see an adviser for the trays the So Called SECURITY GUARD came over and so rudely said ARE YOU IN THE QUEUE IF SO GET BEHIND THIS ROPE THAT HE SHOVED in front of the line and walked of to the door and stood playing on his phone.A few members of the queue commented on his behaviour and manner in spoke.I told the shop assistant that they have just lost my trade and walked to the guard and told him and he just looked up shrugged his shoulders .I will not return.
