Not happy at all the staff at the til in children’s section are way too slow, won’t be going there again
I was very disappointed with Zara today there wasn’t many staff around when needed and the ones on the TIL were taking to long to do returns. When I eventually got seen to pick up a parcel I ordered online, another customer was at the til and missed heard what my sons said to me and starting saying how rude louder and I just said keep your comments to yourself and then a member if staff said to me to calm down when she didn’t even know what happened I am going to make a formal complaint and will Not be shopping in Zara again
