Store map - Hulme High Street Retail Park
I took my time shopping in this retail park as I had not noticed the UKCPS signs therefore was completely unaware that I was limited to 3 hours in the car park. My only reason for parking there was to shop there, for which I have a reciept so It was a rather unpleasant surprise to receive a notice to keeper informing me I am required to pay £100. I have explained my situation to one of the shops at the park and UKCPS themselves, so if they are unwilling to waive this payment, I'll be sure never to spend money at any of those shops again. If the real purpose of UKCPS is to stop people using these parking spaces who have no intention of shopping at the retail park then the signs should be large, brightly coloured and unmissable which they are not.
