I'm disappointed with the store at Dalton Park. I feel that's mainly due to lack of staff training.I When purchasing a pair of shoes last week, what seemed at the the time a pleasant assistant, she FAILED to tell me t h at i could not get a refund on my purchase. When I returned the shoes today, the assistant gave me a credit note, apparently for life. So you can take the shoes back but can't refund my money. Like a lot of people Never will I use your shop again Disgraceful.
