Normally I LOVE this place! The food is lovely and the coffee is great! BUT recently there’s been a big change in the management and staff ???? the others were so friendly and fast, whereas at the moment nobody seems to know what they’re doing and there’s no urgency to get the queue down. Twice this week I have had to leave after queuing for 20 minutes (half my lunch break) and getting nowhere near to the front???? Sorry BB’s but please bring back the good staff? ????????
