Poundland (The Mercury Mall) - Romford, London

Ive shopped in your store for Years and it’s always looked neat and tidy and had plenty of staff on tills snd around store , but over last few weeks there seem to be no staff around and maybe two on tills , a few of the staff are the usual ones that are nice and helpful but there are a few who I haven’t seen before and if I have asked about products I can’t see they don’t seem to understand me and just say “no” to whatever I ask !!( even if no shouldn’t be the answer) which is not helpful at all !!! also the shelves are so piled up with a product especially your stationery part that it falls if you take a product ( it’s as if someone has thought oh I have 10 boxes of an item so I’ll put the whole 10 on shelf ) it’s looks a complete mess ! I usually go to buy food and sweets but in last 3 weeks I have been unable to buy as the shelves there are empty of tinned ham , spaghetti corned beef , tuna etc and in the sweets there are plenty of children’s sweets hanging but no werthers , mint crumbles , sherbet lemons , liquorice allsorts , or any of what I call adult sweets ! The usual helpful staff have been kind enough to look out the back or apologise for not having found any and suggest I look in your other store in the brewery . I would suggest that someone takes a good look at the things I have mentioned and improves on this , I will be coming in from time to time in next couple weeks to see if my comments are acted upon , if I see no improvement I will complain to your higher management as will a few other people I know who shop with you !
