Was in Chantry Place (Chapelfield) for shopping and went to Spud U Like in food market. I had cup of tea. My wife had jacket potato n cheese n beans - average flavour. She also had latte with a free biscuit which she offered to me so I said I'll have the white chocolate cookie. Unfortunately the cookie was over baked, blackened / charred underneath as well as on the edges but too hard to eat and enjoy. Took it back to the staff member who said sorry and offered a replacement. I declined as I thought if you can't bake one cookie correctly then the rest of the batch will be the same. A simple job. Left very disappointed.
