I tried two previous mobile phone shops as I had problem with broken glass on current one and forgotten password on my spare phone. I spoke with Josh and explained the issues. For no charge he explained problem with 'No Password' and he sorted out factory settings then swapped SIM card but was told that I would lose all my data. But then, after a brief conversation about the effects of a broken glass on mobile-I opted to get the repair done and I only had to wait an hour. Now not only am I back in business, I was really impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and above all the high standard of professionalism presented by JOSH- This was outstanding customer service and I will use this shop for any other mobile phone issue in the future.
