What has happen to the cafe at fosse park. I have used this cafe since the day it opened pleasant staff always happy to help especially for the people on there own or disabled. But oh my gosh the queues are horrendous the staff on the tills don’t seem to know what they are doing and as miserable as sin. This was my treat once a week to just have someone recognise me and if only a couple of minutes was greeted with a smile now you feel as though you are a nuisance and the coffee is often cold now. Tea cakes when they are delivered vary so much and the scones have been rather on the stale side. Please can we get more staff serving and back to the quality which is expected by your customers.
I think this was the worst breakfast I have ever had 2 pieces dried up toasted bread and bacon cremated and impossible to cut or eat. Manager asked if I wanted it replacing which I didn’t but no offer of a refund a waste of £7:95
