Also got an unfair parking fine on this car park AVOID I certainly will!
Beware if parking fines. I travelled from Derby with a friend for some retail therapy. We visited lots of the shops and Costa for some lunch. We were on site shopping the whole time. Whilst in Next the sales assistant mentioned the parking rule. We had no idea. Why would you restrict parking to 3 hours with so many shops and eateries. Won’t be going again!!!
DO NOT PARK HERE Even if you stay within the 3 hour limit, even if you do not leave site, they will invent a reason to fine you £100 then it is up to you to prove they are wrong. I followed all rules but still got fined because I didn't have till receipts to prove it, I usually don't ask for receipts so I had no evidence. They had no evidence either, but it is literally guilty until proven innocent.
Be aware of the 3 hours FREE parking. Read the parking notice carefully. If the driver leaves vehicle on this site to go elsewhere they will be liable to a £60 -£100 fine imposed by the cowboy firm UKCPS.
